Almar Transport Spedycja Sp. z o.o., headquartered in Gostynin, is a family company founded in 1989 by its current CEO, Mariusz Bajer. Since its inception, the Company has been involved in road transport and forwarding, initially in the country, and later extended its operations to all of Europe. The dynamic development of the business led to the establishment of the Company in 2006.
Over the years we have gained a great deal of experience, which today is a guarantee of the high level of transport services we provide. Currently, Almar Transport Spedycja is a group of highly qualified people ready to undertake any logistic task. With more than a hundred of its own tarpaulin and refrigerated sets, the Company carries out domestic and international transports within the European Union and Switzerland. It has its own fuel station, service facilities, and storage space.

Quality has been a priority for our company for years, especially since it directly translates into the level of customer satisfaction with the services provided. Many years of experience and employee commitment have allowed us to develop an effective Total Quality Management system.
Improving the quality-of-service means increase in customer satisfaction, which we realize by i.a:
– building employee awareness to continuously increase their motivation and involvement in improving processes through a number of even minor improvements,
– an effective system for exchanging internal and external information delivered on time to and from the Client,
– using the latest work tools in response to the growing requirements of the Customer’s market – including modern rolling stock, advanced forwarding program integrated with the navigation system available to the Customer,
– procedures and instructions ensuring the repeatability of forwarding processes and enabling their improvement by taking corrective and remedial actions at every level,
– emergency procedures – a particularly important description of the procedure in the event of emergency situations (including accidents, fortuitous situations), under which we exercise the utmost care to secure the customer’s shipment, the safety of people and transportation,
– protection of the environment and its resources on a macro scale (including cars meeting the highest ecological standards, including LNG vehicles, a modern fuel station, waste segregation) and micro scale in office conditions.

Social activities

When implementing the company’s development strategies, we try not to forget about those in need. For many years, our company has been undertaking a number of charitable activities serving the local community and people in need. This is most often assistance dedicated to specific people or organizations. In addition, we regularly use our refrigerated trucks to transport food products free of charge from the Poznan Food Bank.
